This season we witness the art of opera from four different centuries. We can’t wait to take your breath away with each of them.
THE HAMPTON OPERA CENTER
In July, 2003, the company moved into its new eastside facility – The Hampton Opera Center – where, music and staging rehearsals, coaching facilities, costume shop, and administrative offices, including the Portland Opera Box Office, are all housed under one roof. Though the majority of our operas are staged at the Keller Auditorium and Newmark Theatre, small productions are occasionally presented at The Hampton Opera Center, including our Portland Opera To Go productions.
